I will accompany you to appointments to view interesting apartments and explain the rights and costs to you in detail. After that, I would be happy to advise you on your decision.

I am also present when the apartment is handed over and pay attention to the photo protocol and meter reading, as well as payment of the deposit, rent and operating costs, explanation of the house rules, etc.

I will accompany you to the authorities and support you in registering your place of residence.

I take care of registering with the electricity provider and, if required, suitable energy suppliers for heating and hot water.

If there are repairs in your apartment that cannot be done by the landlord, I will be happy to help you commission a suitable tradesman.

Until a suitable rental apartment is found, I support you with the temporary accommodation of your new team member and his family, depending on your wishes and affordability.

Once the ideal rental apartment has been found, I will help you with the rental offer (binding offer to rent the property) and rental agreement. I check the legal correctness of all contract components.

So that the new home can be enjoyed right from the start, I take care of it
for the complete registration & organization, starting with moving companies, furniture, equipment, and much more.

I would be happy to organize the right household insurance to protect your inventory.

It doesn't matter whether it's telephone, internet or TV reception, I'll help you choose the provider and organize the registration for broadcasting fees.

If available, I will be happy to register you with the property management and make sure that no prohibited costs are passed on to you when owning your home.
