I will terminate your contracts concluded during your stay in good time. This includes insurance, telephone & internet, bank accounts etc. to avoid additional costs.

In order to terminate the rental agreement in a timely manner, a certain amount of knowledge is required. I make sure that the rented apartment is returned on time in good condition.

I would be happy to organize a moving company to transport your personal belongings and furniture.

I punctually deregister all utility companies, especially electricity and energy suppliers, and prevent costs arising from meter readings after moving out.

Just as the place of residence was registered according to the Registration Act and the residence permit, these must also be officially deregistered.

If necessary, I take care of any repairs caused by damage to the rented apartment.
